How it Works
  • The User requests a transaction.

  • YourCSR.com forwards the information to the Live Interface Server.

  • The Live Interface Server then transfers the information to the bank's mainframe through a secured internal network.

  • The bank's mainframe gives the result back to the Live Interface Server.

  • The Live Interface Server translates and transmits the data back to YourCSR.com.

  • The data is then managed and delivered back to the user through our 128 bit SSL encryption connection.
